Job Overview
The Operations Specialist supports the accurate and timely processing of cash management transactions while ensuring adherence to firm policies, regulatory standards, and service level agreements. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals developing foundational knowledge of financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process standard cash movement transactions including ACH, wires, checks, journals, and deposits
- Review transactions and documentation to ensure items are in good order (IGO)
- Identify and resolve routine Not‑In‑Good‑Order (NIGO) items
- Monitor assigned processing queues and meet turnaround time SLAs
- Perform basic risk and quality checks in line with procedures
- Respond to internal partner or advisor inquiries regarding transaction status
- Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
