Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to join our team on-site at our Hyderabad location. The Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operational activities, assist in streamlining processes, and ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities will include analyzing operational workflows, supporting project management initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. The candidate will also assist in sales operations and contribute to optimizing overall organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor and improve operational efficiency and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- Experience in Sales and understanding sales processes to facilitate operations
- Proficiency in Operations Management and coordinating day-to-day processes efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles to contribute to the execution of initiatives on schedule
- Ability to work on-site at the Hyderabad location and collaborate with team members in a professional setting
- Prior experience or familiarity with industries such as mobility, healthcare, or sustainable practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent field is preferred
