Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist based in Mumbai. The Operations Specialist will manage daily operations, optimize existing workflows, and ensure streamlined collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, liaising with clients and vendors, and assisting in project management to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the individual will help support sales initiatives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and optimizing processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Sales to support business growth and manage client relationships
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee processes and drive successful project execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using CRM and data analytics tools is an advantage
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
