About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Support Associate to support day-to-day operational activities for client accounts. The role involves setting up and maintaining company profiles, updating contribution and funding information, processing account changes, maintaining audit records, and ensuring accurate data management within internal systems.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data-intensive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account Setup and Maintenance
Create and configure new client accounts and company profiles in internal systems.
Update account details, contribution structures, and funding information.
Process account modifications and renewals as required.
Maintain accurate records of client and employee information.
Data Management and Validation
Enter, review, and validate data with a high level of accuracy.
Reconcile information across systems and source documents.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
Audit and Documentation
Maintain detailed audit logs of all operational changes and updates.
Ensure all activities are properly documented and traceable.
Prepare reports and supporting documentation as needed.
Operational Support
Respond to internal and client requests within defined turnaround times.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Reporting and Reconciliation
Generate operational reports and summaries.
Monitor funding and transactional data.
Perform periodic reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, data management, or back-office support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international clients, particularly U.S.-based organizations.
Familiarity with process documentation and audit requirements.
Experience using CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems.
