About Ayurkruti
Ayurkruti is a sustainable textile brand making 100% plant-based yarns, fabrics, and organic
products — from banana fibre, hemp, lotus, bamboo, and more. Rooted in rural Indian craft
traditions, we serve bulk manufacturers, ethical fashion brands, and designers across India
and globally. We are now opening our Kochi office and looking for our first on-ground hire.

What You Will Do
This is a combined role — you will be the single point of contact for sourcing, office
operations, and order coordination. No two days will be the same.
- Source sustainable yarns, fabrics, and raw materials from vendors•
- Identify and onboard new suppliers aligned with our ethical sourcing values
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
- Raise and track purchase orders; maintain all procurement records
- Ensure vendor deliveries meet quality and timeline standards
- Manage daily office operations — coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Handle inbound inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp Business
- Maintain filing systems, invoices, contracts, and business records
- Coordinate with logistics partners and courier services
- Support the founder with quotations, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Track orders from confirmation to final delivery
- Coordinate with production/sourcing teams on product specs and timelines
- Maintain product documentation — order sheets, sample records, catalogues
- Communicate proactively with domestic and international buyers on order status
- Assist with client visits, sample dispatches, and exhibition preparation
Who We Are Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience in operations, sourcing, merchandising, or office
- management
- Background in a textile, fashion, trading, or product-based company is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once — startup mindset is essential
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Interest in sustainability, ethical brands, or natural products is a big plus
- Freshers with genuine curiosity and a positive attitude are warmly welcome
