Role Description
The Branch Operations and Service Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes, effective team management, and adherence to compliance standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining high customer service standards, managing branch resources efficiently, and addressing operational challenges proactively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi.

- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, optimize operations, and solve complex problems.
- Proven expertise in operations management and process improvement within a banking or financial setting.
- Excellence in customer service and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Effective communication skills to manage teams and engage with clients at various levels.
- Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively to achieve branch and organizational goals.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with banking processes, compliance, and regulatory standards is highly desirable.
