About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused professional to lead and supervise EV home charger installations across the North Region. The candidate will manage end-to-end installation operations, coordinate with OEM dealerships, installation partners, and customers, and ensure high-quality after-sales support and customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EV charging operations, home charging installations, electrical project coordination, or charger after-sales service management.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation Operations
- Supervise and monitor EV home charger installations across the North Region.
- Coordinate with field installation teams and vendors to ensure timely installations.
- Track installation schedules, pending cases, escalations, and closures.
- Ensure installations are completed as per OEM and company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Monitor installation TAT (Turnaround Time) and service SLAs.
Customer Communication
- Act as the primary coordination point for customers during the installation journey.
- Handle customer queries, installation updates, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication records.
Dealership & OEM Coordination
- Coordinate with OEM dealerships for installation requests, approvals, and updates.
- Maintain strong working relationships with dealer partners and OEM stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless information flow between dealerships, operations teams, and installation vendors.
- Support dealership training and process alignment when required.
Reporting & Process Management:
- Maintain installation dashboards, and operational reports.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure accurate data tracking in internal systems.
- Support regional expansion and operational scaling initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- EV charging operations
- Home charging installations
- Electrical project coordination
- EV charger after-sales/service management
- Technical operations or field service coordination
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in:
- EV ecosystem
- Charging infrastructure companies
- OEM/dealership operations
- Electrical contracting or energy solutions companies
Key Skills:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Customer handling and escalation management
- Knowledge of EV chargers and electrical systems
- Vendor and field team management
- Operational reporting and MIS tracking
- Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM/tools/MS Excel
