Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations, Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Founder’s Office) at Raysoft.AI.
You will work closely with the founders to support day-to-day operations, sales coordination, client communication, and marketing execution.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly across teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations, including team follow-ups and internal tracking
- Support sales activities (lead follow-ups, demo coordination, maintaining trackers)
- Assist in handling client communication and queries
- Help execute marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, social media, events)
- Coordinate with freelancers/vendors when needed
- Schedule interviews and support basic hiring activities
- Maintain reports and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in operations, sales, customer support, or marketing
- Strong communication skills (English + local language)
- Comfortable handling calls and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
