Role Purpose
The Operations & Sales Manager – Retail Outlets will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all Cold Love front-end outlets while
Driving a strong and consistent focus on sales growth, target achievement, outlet visibility, and team leadership (main focus)
This role is being introduced to bring clear ownership, stronger supervision, and motivational leadership to outlet teams, with the primary objective of improving sales performance across locations while maintaining high standards of operations, customer experience, and brand presentation.

Experience in
- Outlet Sales Growth & Target Achievement
- Front-End Team Leadership & Motivation
- Daily Outlet Operations & Continuity
- Staff Roster, Attendance & Workforce Tracking
- Unscheduled Operational Issue Management
- Outlet Cleanliness, Brand Hygiene & Experience Audits
- Consumer Insight Tracking & Reporting & Management Updates
- SOP Creation, Supervision & Compliance Audits
- Previous experience in retail, food & beverage, or a similar industry is a strong asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Preferably studied from Institute of Hotel Management (IHM)
