Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate new joiner training modules in collaboration with respective department Heads (HODs) to ensure effective onboarding and adherence to organizational standards.
- Ensure 100% slot occupancy through effective scheduling coordination and operational monitoring.
- Oversee and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall quality standards across cabins and office premises.
- Supervise therapist grooming standards, including professional appearance, personal hygiene, and overall presentation.
- Regularly inspect cabin facilities including air conditioning, fans, lighting, and ventilation to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment.
- Monitor and supervise parent participation during sessions to ensure compliance with organizational protocols and service quality standards.
- Supervise and guide supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective team management.
- Ensure therapy equipment, materials, and furniture are properly maintained, organized, and handled in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Experience - Min.5 years in Hospital operations
