Role Description
The Operations & Property Due Diligence Intern will assist in conducting detailed property inspections in Gurugram, including structural assessments, appliance checks, and neighborhood evaluations. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior inspectors to generate accurate Ground Verification Reports, managing operational workflows, and coordinating with clients to ensure service delivery. The intern will also engage in targeted sales efforts and contribute to project management initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency. This is a hybrid internship role based in Gurugram, offering both in-office and remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills to assess data, identify patterns, and produce comprehensive reports.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction, report writing, and conveying inspection findings.
- Basic knowledge of property inspections, including Structural Investigation, Electrical systems, and Plumbing.
- Proficiency in Documentation and reporting to compile detailed and well-structured reports.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with property owners, tenants, and the internal team effectively.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to identify property issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Ability to navigate and work in hybrid environments, combining fieldwork in Gurugram with remote tasks.
- Tech-savviness, comfort with digital tools, and a keen interest in PropTech and the real estate industry are a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Operations management and project management skills to ensure smooth execution of tasks, including scheduling and quality assurance.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactiveness and an adaptable attitude to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
- Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus.
Qualifications
Pursuing/completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Operations. (B.Tech, B.Arch, or B.BA in Ops)
