Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi NCR for an Operations Project Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient project management, and guaranteeing compliance with budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities include planning and executing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining streamlined project workflows to achieve scalability and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Operations Management and Program Management to ensure seamless execution of projects and processes.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Budgeting for the effective allocation of resources and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in leadership roles that require problem-solving, organizational planning, and adaptability.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in the food or hospitality industry is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage projects in high-paced environments and deliver successful outcomes.
