🚨 We’re Hiring – Operations Project Manager
📍 Dallupura, Delhi
At JRS Creations and Event Solutions Pvt Ltd, we specialize in turnkey event execution — including fabrication, LED walls, sound systems, lighting, and complete AV production for corporate and large-scale events.
We are looking for a highly driven Project Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of execution, lead teams on-ground, and deliver projects with precision, speed, and quality.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project execution (Fabrication + AV + On-ground Operations)
• Supervise site teams, vendors, and labour workforce
• Plan logistics, material movement, and inventory control
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are achieved
• Handle client coordination and real-time decision-making at site
• Manage risks and troubleshoot during live events
• Submit structured daily/weekly execution reports to management

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in Event Operations / Fabrication / Production
• Strong leadership and team-handling capability
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of costing, budgeting, and margin control
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
• Execution-focused and field-ready mindset
