The company specializes in manufacturing premium foundry alloys, including Ferro Silicon Magnesium (FeSiMg), Nickel Magnesium (Ni-Mg), Mould Powders, and Inoculants, to serve the needs of steel and cast iron foundries with consistent quality and performance. Role Description
Design and implement world-class manufacturing processes, SOPs, and quality systems aligned with export standards (EU/USA), ensuring consistency, traceability, and scalability.”
Key responsibilities:
1. Process & SOP Design
* End-to-end mapping of production (raw material → finished goods)
* Create detailed SOPs, work instructions, and control plans
* Define critical checkpoints (QC gates)
2. Quality Systems
* Build systems aligned with:
* ISO standards
* Export compliance
* Introduce:
* Incoming QC
* In-process QC
* Final inspection protocols
3. Shop Floor Implementation
* Train supervisors and workers
* Ensure SOP adoption (not just documentation)
* Visual management systems (charts, boards, dashboards)
4. Process Control & Monitoring
* Define KPIs:
* Yield
* Rejection rates
* Downtime
* Productivity per shift
* Build reporting rhythm (daily/weekly reviews)
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Business Process Management
- Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Proven ability to manage and optimize resources and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or alloy production industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup
