Operations & Process Head

We are currently building our core operational foundation and are looking for an experienced Operations & Process Manager who can design, structure, and implement scalable systems for the business.
Role Overview
The Operations & Process Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the operational framework of Geekynd from the ground up.
This role requires someone who understands how outsourcing companies operate and can build structured processes, documentation, service workflows, and operational systems that support scalable global operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in BPO, outsourcing companies, remote staffing firms, or service-based agencies and must be capable of building operational processes from scratch.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design & SOP Development
• Design and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key business functions
• Create structured processes for service delivery, internal workflows, and operational management
• Ensure all operational activities follow standardized and scalable systems
Examples of SOPs to be created:
• Client onboarding process
• Service delivery workflows
• Recruitment & hiring process
• Training and onboarding for remote staff
• Quality assurance processes
• Client communication protocols
• Escalation and issue resolution processes
Service Structure & Pricing Framework
• Work with leadership to design service packages and pricing models
• Define service scope and deliverables for each offering
• Ensure pricing structures maintain healthy margins while remaining competitive in the global outsourcing market
Operational Systems Setup
• Design and implement operational tools and systems for managing teams and clients
• Define workflows for internal collaboration between HR, delivery teams, and sales teams
• Implement systems for performance tracking and operational efficiency
Legal & Documentation Framework
• Coordinate creation and standardization of important legal documents such as:
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Client service contracts
• Internal employee agreements
• Operational documentation templates
This role will collaborate with leadership and legal advisors to ensure compliance.
Client Onboarding & Delivery Framework
• Design a structured client onboarding system
• Create onboarding checklists and processes
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery
Quality Control & Operational Monitoring
• Establish quality control frameworks for service delivery
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and service quality
Cross-Department Coordination
• Work closely with:
• Business Development team
• HR & Recruitment team
• Delivery teams
• Ensure alignment between sales promises and operational capabilities
Required Experience
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in:
• BPO companies
• outsourcing firms
• IT services companies
• remote staffing agencies
• service-based startups
Candidates with experience building operational processes from scratch will be strongly preferred.

Tools & Systems Experience (Preferred)
Experience working with tools such as:
• project management platforms (Asana, Zoho, ClickUp, SmartTask, Trello, etc.)
• CRM systems
• documentation platforms (Notion, Confluence, etc.)
• operational workflow tools
Performance Expectations (First 90 Days)
Within the first 3 months, the Operations & Process Manager is expected to:
• Design core service packages and operational structure
• Develop SOPs for key business functions
• Create client onboarding and delivery workflows
• Establish documentation for contracts, NDAs, and operational templates
• Implement operational systems for internal coordination
