About SchoolCast
SchoolCast is India's — and the world's — first podcast dedicated entirely to school education. Built for parents, teachers, and students, we bring together founders, educators, policymakers, and changemakers to have conversations that actually move the needle on how India's children learn.
We drop a full episode every Tuesday. Two reels and two shorts go live every single day. We are not a side project. We are a movement — and we are growing fast.
The Role
You are the engine room.
Everything that keeps SchoolCast running on time, every day, without anyone having to chase it — that is your job. This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role.
What You Will Own
Guest & Brand Outreach
- Send 10 outreaches every working day to potential guests and brand partners — logged, tracked, followed up
- Manage the full guest pipeline from first message to confirmed booking
- Keep the guest calendar always 60+ days full
- Keep brand partnerships warm — no lead goes cold because of silence
Communications
- Own all DMs and emails across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Every message replied to within 24 hours — no exceptions
- Zero leads fall through because of a missed reply
Production Coordination
- Be physically present on shoot days — briefed, prepared, managing the flow
- Transfer raw files to the editor the same day as the shoot with a clear brief
- Coordinate with the editor throughout the week — no one waits on you
Uploads & Publishing
- Own the full upload schedule — 2 reels, 2 shorts daily, full episode every Tuesday
- Every piece of content goes live on time without any intervention needed
Reporting
- Deliver a weekly ops report every Monday — outreach numbers, pipeline status, what's pending
- Flag blockers early — never let something become a crisis
What We Are Looking For
- Someone who closes loops — no open threads, no dropped balls
- Strong written and verbal communication — you are the face of SchoolCast in every outreach message
- Experience in outreach, coordination, or operations — media, content, or startup background preferred
- Obsessively organised — you run on systems, not memory
- Based in Delhi, able to be on-site for shoots
- Someone who gets a high from making things run without being told what to do
What This Is Not
This is not a role for someone who needs daily direction. If you need to be told what to do every morning, this is not the right seat for you.
