Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Officer/Manager role based in Anantpur. The Operations Officer/Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including loan processing workflows, documentation checks, and coordination with sales and credit teams to ensure timely and accurate disbursals. The role involves monitoring operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk controls. The Operations Officer/Manager will handle customer escalations related to operations, support smooth EMI collections, and maintain accurate records and reports for management review. The position also requires close collaboration with finance and compliance teams, training branch staff on operational procedures, and supporting audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including branch operations oversight, process implementation, and workflow optimization.
- Solid Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to interpret reports, track key metrics, and support prudent lending operations.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with customers and partners.
- Experience in housing finance, banking, or NBFC operations is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet operational timelines.
