Role Description
We are seeking an Operations Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The Operations Officer will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient management of resources, and support supply chain activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with farmers and suppliers, managing inventory, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. This role will also involve ensuring compliance with quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee, optimize, and enhance operational processes.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with farmers, vendors, and team members effectively.
- Basic understanding of Finance to manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in the food or agriculture sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
