This is not a conventional operations job.
This is an opportunity to become part of the founding team and help build a wellness ecosystem from the ground up.

What We Need
We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in operations, execution, business management, partnerships, branding support, project coordination, and process development.
You should be comfortable working directly with founders, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and driving execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Business Operations
Build and manage operational systems across customer onboarding, wellness program delivery, partnerships, vendor coordination, customer experience, and internal workflows.
Work directly with the founder to launch pilots, manage projects, coordinate teams, solve operational challenges, execute campaigns, and ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.
Support branding initiatives, wellness campaigns, community engagement activities, partnerships, events, and customer acquisition efforts through strong operational execution.
- Systems & Process Development
Create SOPs, reporting systems, accountability frameworks, execution dashboards, and scalable operational structures that prepare HiWox for growth.
Operate as a future business leader rather than a task executor. Take ownership of outcomes, contribute to decision-making, and help shape the future direction of the company.
Initial Engagement StructureMonth 1 – Evaluation Phase
Selected candidates will be required to relocate to Bhubaneswar for approximately one month.
During This Phase
- Work directly with the founder and core team
- Understand the company vision, culture, and operating style
- Participate in operational activities and business-building efforts
- Evaluate whether the startup journey aligns with your aspirations
Candidates may arrange their own accommodation (PG/shared stay).
The purpose of this month is mutual evaluation.

Post Evaluation
If Both Sides Decide To Continue
- Formal cohort agreement will be initiated
- Monthly compensation of ₹20,000 will begin
- Equity discussions and ownership pathway will be formalized
- Long-term growth roadmap will be shared
- Expanded leadership responsibilities will be assigned
As HiWox grows and achieves revenue milestones, compensation may gradually increase beyond the initial amount based on contribution, responsibility, and business growth.
The initial compensation should be viewed as a survival stipend rather than market salary.
The real upside of this role lies in ownership, equity participation, leadership development, and long-term value creation.
