Role Description
- This role located in Nagpur, Maharashtra India for an Operations & Marketing Intern.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
- Comfortable interacting with people in person
- Basic understanding of operations & customer handling
- Problem solving mindset and ownership attitude
- You will also analyze key performance metrics and collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance business outcomes.
Joining: Immediate
Duration: 3-6 Months (stipend based internship)
Qualifications
- Students pursuing BBA / MBA
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome)
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of drivers, parents, and transport partners on our platform
- Coordinate with customers via WhatsApp & calls
- Ensure smooth daily operations and issue resolution of customer
queries
- Maintain data and track customer interactions
- Support driver activation and retention efforts
- Work closely with the marketing team for handovers, onboarding of customers
