Operations & Marketing Intern — GSR Agro Traders Pvt. Ltd.

GSR Agro Traders Pvt. Ltd. is a growing agro-trading business based in Hyderabad, operating in the procurement and distribution of agricultural commodities. We're looking for a motivated individual who wants real, hands-on experience in business operations — not just observe, but actually contribute.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founding team to support day-to-day operations — from vendor coordination and documentation to order tracking and reporting. This is a ground-level role ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and serious about building a career in business or operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support daily operations including procurement tracking, vendor follow-ups, and documentation Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in inventory or order management Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements Assist in ad hoc business tasks assigned by management
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, or a related field Comfortable with MS Excel or Google Sheets Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable Willing to commit fully for 3 months Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad
COMPENSATION AND TERMS
Stipend: Rs. 15,000 paid upon successful completion of the 3-month internship
Duration: 3 months,
