We are looking for an energetic and responsible Operations / Marketing Executive to manage customer handling, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction processes. The candidate will coordinate with customers and the marketing/operations team to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide proper support
- Manage and track customer orders from start to completion
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates
- Take feedback from customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when required
- Maintain customer data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets
- Support marketing and promotional activities when needed
- Build positive relationships with customers and clients
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Graduation preferred (12th Pass can also apply)
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, or operations is a plus
- Laptop is Mandatory
