Role Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the efficiency of workflows, and maintaining quality standards. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, improving processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring active collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including process improvement, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in managing teams, developing team capabilities, and fostering productivity.
- Familiarity with logistics, repair, and supply chain processes related to telecommunications or electronics industries is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Competence in using management and logistics software for operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
