Role Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Agra. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient workflow, and manage team performance.
Key responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves supervising staff, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth execution of web-based projects, especially on WordPress and Shopify platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify (mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects efficiently
- Experience in implementing operational strategies and process optimization
- Proficiency in project management with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for team coordination
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
- Experience in a digital agency or digital-focused business is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
