Role SummaryManage end-to-end permission acquisition and execution readiness for BTL campaigns across residential societies. Lead a calling team, ensure permissions within TAT, and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead team for society calling & permission acquisition (canopy, stalls, flea markets, etc.)
- Ensure permissions are secured within defined timelines (TAT)
- Track daily permission status and manage follow-ups/escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign readiness and execution
- Act as a bridge between Brand, Ops, and Societies
- Manage team performance, productivity, and reporting
Key KPIs- Campaign TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Permissions secured vs planned
- On-time campaign launch rate
- Team productivity & stakeholder satisfaction
Skills Required- Team handling & operations experience
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets
