Job Title: Operations Manager – Solar Installations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5–6 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager with 5–6 years of experience in the solar industry, primarily focused on residential and commercial solar installations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of solar installation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end solar installation operations (site survey to commissioning)
- Manage and coordinate with installation teams, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments
- Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management
- Resolve on-ground challenges during installation
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with sales and design teams for smooth project handover
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address post-installation concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution & installations
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and mounting structures
- Experience in managing field teams and vendors
- Knowledge of safety standards and local regulations
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:- Experience in rooftop solar installations
- Familiarity with Hyderabad market and local compliance
- Strong coordination and communication skills
