Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Nasik. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the security and manpower business segment, ensuring efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing deployment schedules, leading teams, optimizing resource allocation, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and liaising with clients to address their needs. The role also involves monitoring performance, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
