We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager – Marketing & Sales to join our growing organization.
Position: Operations Manager – Marketing & Sales
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat – India
Experience Required: 10 to 15 Years
Salary: ₹7.50 LPA to ₹10 LPA CTC (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Handle commercial operations and overall business management activities.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government organizations, PSU sectors, and banking institutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
- Monitor operational performance and suggest process improvement initiatives.
- Manage office administration and support organizational efficiency.
- Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and industry interactions.
- Travel within India or abroad for business purposes (1–2 days quarterly, if required).

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales leadership roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business requirements.
