About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Manager who will own the end-to-end operations backbone of Pristine Forests — from sourcing and onboarding vendors to managing on-ground logistics, quality checks, and building the SOPs that let everything run smoothly at scale.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. You'll be the person who makes sure things actually happen — that vendors deliver on time, packaging meets spec, shipments go out right, and every process has a system behind it. The role requires regular travel across Delhi NCR for vendor meetings, warehouse visits, and quality checks.

What You'll Do
- Own vendor lifecycle end-to-end: sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, SLA management, and performance tracking across packaging, raw materials, logistics, and fulfillment partners.
- Travel regularly across Delhi NCR for vendor meetings, facility visits, production oversight, and quality control checks.
- Build and maintain operational SOPs — from procurement workflows and vendor escalation matrices to inventory management and dispatch checklists.
- Coordinate with 3PL and courier partners to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
- Manage inventory planning, restocking cycles, and supply chain timelines to prevent stockouts and overruns.
- Track and report on key operational metrics: lead times, defect rates, fulfillment accuracy, vendor scorecards.
- Act as the central operations point for internal teams — unblocking execution, resolving vendor issues, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better terms as volumes scale.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, vendor management, or a similar hands-on ops role.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Delhi NCR—having a two-wheeler is a strong advantage.
- Someone who is resourceful, organized, and comfortable managing multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills — you'll be the bridge between vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- A process-oriented mindset: you don't just do the work, you build systems so the work scales.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, basic data tracking, and operational reporting.
- High work ethic and a bias for action. This is a ground-level, get-it-done role.

- Not a desk-only, strategy-only position. You will be on the ground regularly.
- Not for someone who needs constant hand-holding or highly defined tasks every day.
- Not for someone uncomfortable with fast-changing priorities in an early-stage environment.
