Job description (Operations Manager)

Role Overview -
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The role involves managing operational processes, coordinating with clients, handling billing and documentation, assigning tasks to internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and experience managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and task execution.
- Handle client onboarding, ensuring proper documentation and smooth account setup.
- Address and resolve provider and client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client payments, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Support the Business Development (BD) team with operational documentation and coordination.
- Prepare and review agreements, contracts, and related documentation for clients and partners.
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure proper documentation management.
- Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Experience handling billing, documentation, and client coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills -
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based companies.
- Familiarity with operations management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and process management skills
