✨ We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join us at Prism , working across our brands – Palette & DanCenter
📍 Locations: Udaipur || Pune || Pahalgam || Bangalore || Amritsar || Jaipur
If you come with 6–7 years of experience in the hotel & hospitality industry is a must and have a strong grip on operations, revenue, and sales—this role could be a great fit for you!
🔹 What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience in Front Office, Housekeeping & F&B Service
* Good understanding of revenue and sales
* Someone who can lead teams, manage operations smoothly, and deliver great guest experiences
* Open to working across the above locations
💼 What you’ll do:
* Manage day-to-day hotel operations
* Drive performance and guest satisfaction
* Work closely with cross-functional teams
* Ensure smooth functioning across departments
