Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our Floor Care and Façade Services operations across India. The candidate will be responsible for execution excellence, manpower management, client coordination, and ensuring high-quality service delivery at all sites.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management - Oversee end-to-end execution of floor care (marble, granite, carpet) and façade cleaning (glass, ACP, high-rise).
Ensure timely mobilization and completion of projects as per defined SOPs.
Team Management - Manage and supervise multiple teams of technicians across various cities in India.
Plan manpower deployment, scheduling, and productivity optimization.
Conduct training and skill development for technicians and supervisors.
Client Coordination - Act as a key point of contact for hospitality and corporate clients.
Maintain strong relationships with hotel engineering, housekeeping, and facility teams.
Handle escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
Quality & Compliance - Ensure adherence to safety standards, especially for high-rise façade work.
Maintain quality benchmarks and conduct regular site audits.
Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
Logistics & Planning - Coordinate equipment movement, chemical usage, and site requirements.
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of tools and consumables.
Reporting & MIS - Track project progress, manpower utilization, and operational costs.
Submit regular reports to management on performance and improvements.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in facility management with a focus on floor care and/or façade cleaning services.
Strong exposure to hospitality sector (Hotels/Resorts) is mandatory.
Existing industry connects with hotel chains, facility heads, or engineering teams preferred.
Proven experience in managing multi-location technical teams across India.
Sound knowledge of:
Marble polishing, stone restoration, carpet cleaning processes
High-rise façade cleaning techniques (cradle, rope access, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Hospitality, Facility Management, or Engineering.
Certifications in safety or façade access systems (advantage).
Experience working with premium hotel brands or large commercial sites.
