As the Operations & Accounts Manager, You will be responsible for overseeing the entire back-office operations, banking coordination, financial reconciliation, team management, compliance, and daily administration of Paydash.
The role ensures seamless business operations, accurate financial reporting, vendor coordination, and internal control across multiple services and verticals.
Core Functional Areas & Responsibilities
A. Banking Operations
· Responsible for bank account opening, maintenance, and documentation for all company accounts and associated entities.
B. MIS & Reconciliation
· Responsible for preparation and review of MIS reports and reconciliations across multiple product lines.
· Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations are completed accurately and variances are tracked and closed.
· Coordinate with partner banks, service providers, and internal accounts team for resolving mismatches.
C. Accounting & Compliance
- Responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting of all financial transactions including API settlements, vendor payments, and internal adjustments.
- Preparation and maintenance of ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances.
- Billing and Commission Management:
- Generate and verify invoices raised to and received from partners.
- Follow-up on commission receivables and ensure timely payment collection.
- Handle PF & ESIC returns, coordinate with HR and statutory bodies for submission and compliance.
