Role Description
We’re hiring.
At the intersection of design and discipline, we are looking for an Operations Manager E-commerce (Shopify)to build and lead the backbone of our brand.
This role goes beyond execution. It is about owning the entire operational ecosystem from Shopify backend and order flows to vendor management, inventory planning, and fulfillment. You will bring structure to movement, clarity to numbers, and efficiency to growth.
We are looking for someone who is deeply comfortable with financials and performance metrics someone who can track EBITDA, margins, KPIs, and translate data into sharper decisions. A strong grasp of cost structures and operational efficiency is essential.
If you understand both systems and scale, and can seamlessly manage e-commerce operations, backend processes, and vendor relationships, this role is for you.
A sharp eye for detail.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-commerce operations, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and identifying trends
- Experience in team leadership, effective communication.
- Familiarity with process optimization and problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools for logistics, inventory, and reporting
- Adaptability to hybrid work arrangements and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the e-commerce or fashion industry is a strong advantage
