Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound dispatch.
2. Manage daily 3PL operations to ensure service levels, order accuracy, and on-time deliveries.
3. Monitor warehouse productivity, optimize processes, and implement cost-effective operational improvements.
4. Lead and supervise warehouse teams, manpower planning, performance management, and workforce productivity.
5. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and effective warehouse management practices.
6. Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, quality processes, and regulatory requirements across warehouse operations.
8. Analyze operational KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement to meet business and customer objectives.
Qualifications
1. Strong warehouse operations and 3PL management knowledge
2. Inventory control and supply chain coordination expertise
3. Team leadership and manpower management skills
4. Process optimization and problem-solving ability
5. Proficiency in WMS, MS Excel, and operational reporting
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Strong Hindi and English Communication.
