About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in managing events, on-ground campaigns, and BTL activations. The role involves end-to-end execution management, vendor coordination, manpower handling, and ensuring smooth on-ground delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events, brand activations, and BTL campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and on-ground staff.
- Manage event logistics, permissions, timelines, and operations.
- Handle manpower planning and supervision during activations.
- Ensure smooth execution within timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with internal creative and client servicing teams.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges during live events.
- Maintain quality standards and execution excellence across projects.
Requirements
- Prior experience in events, activations, or BTL operations.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Comfortable with field work and on-ground execution.
- Agency or activation background preferred.
