Job Description – Manager – Operations (BTL & Events)📍 Company: Anagram Media Labs
📍 Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
📍 Experience: 5 Years
Role Overview:The Assistant Manager – Operations will be responsible for end-to-end execution of BTL and event projects, including sports, government, and corporate events. This role demands strong technical knowledge, vendor coordination, team management, and on-ground execution expertise to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct venue recce and prepare detailed reports including element sheets, layouts, and technical requirements.
- Plan and execute BTL activations, brand promotions, and large-scale events across multiple domains.
- Coordinate with vendors for light, sound, LED screens, fabrication, and overlay setups.
- Manage on-ground operations, ensuring timely setup, execution, and dismantling of events.
- Lead and manage execution teams, supervisors, and promoters during events.
- Ensure timely delivery of fabrication and technical setups as per client brief.
- Monitor event flow, proactively troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain smooth execution.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, client servicing, production) for seamless project delivery.
- Handle client coordination on-site and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain MIS, reports, budgets, and documentation for all projects.
Required Skills & Knowledge:- Strong hands-on experience in BTL activations and event operations.
- Technical knowledge of light, sound, LED walls, fabrication, and overlays.
- Experience in managing sports events (preferred), government, and corporate events.
- Proven ability to manage teams and vendors simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
