Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day manufacturing and operational processes at our facility. Based on-site in New Delhi, this role involves managing production lines, ensuring high-quality output, optimizing productivity, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and partners. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and manage workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including SMT & THT assembly, prototype development, and box-build integration
- Proficiency in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience in supply chain management and component sourcing
- Ability to implement and maintain quality control standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and operations
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industrial, consumer, or solar electronics manufacturing is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
