Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate green technology project implementation, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensure seamless execution of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services. Responsibilities include resource planning, monitoring project progress, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring environmental compliance. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent achievement of sustainability and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operational Oversight, Resource Planning, and Workflow Optimization
- Proficiency in Project Management, Budgeting, and Performance Analysis
- Knowledge of Sustainability Practices, Green Building Standards, and Environmental Compliance
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration Skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities and a Results-Driven Approach
- Familiarity with Nano-Technology Applications and Innovations is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in industrial, commercial, or green tech sectors, is advantageous
