Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Processing & Trade Support
- Execute and reconcile equity & debt trades in coordination with dealers and custodians
- Ensure timely trade confirmation and settlement
- Corporate action processing (bonus, splits, dividends, rights, etc.)
- Monitor trade lifecycle and resolve discrepancies
2. Client Onboarding & Documentation
- Handling PMS account opening documentation
- KYC / FATCA compliance checks
- Coordination with custodians, RTA, and compliance teams
- Maintaining investor records and documentation repository
