Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution, installation, manage manpower, logistics and resources. They will also provide leadership to teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, implement operational strategies, and resolve challenges to optimize productivity and quality in all processes.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including planning, organization, and process improvement
- Supply chain and logistics management expertise, including ability to manage resources effectively
- Team leadership and collaboration skills with a focus on staff management and motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and improve operational outcomes
- Experience in the construction, architectural, or project management sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using operational and project management tools and software
