Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and day-to-day operations at Wedding Asia. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistical details, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role requires developing strategies to improve processes and ensure seamless event delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage schedules, budgets, and unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and maintaining quality standards in operations.
- Experience in event planning, operational strategy, and logistics within the wedding or broader event management industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in using office and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the wedding industry and an understanding of current trends and customer preferences is a plus.
