Wealthy Nivesh, founded by alumni of IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, and ISB Hyderabad, is a SEBI-registered wealth management platform headquartered in Mumbai. We combine financial expertise with cutting edge technology to deliver seamless investment experiences across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and other investment products. We are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Manager.
+ Role & Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end back-office operations including account opening, KYC, onboarding, and transaction processing.
- Oversee daily operational workflows related to client portfolios, investment execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate with AMCs, registrars, custodians, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Support Relationship Managers and clients on operational queries and service requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in reconciliations, settlements, and MIS reporting across products.
- Monitor operational risks, process gaps, and compliance requirements, and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee administrative operations including inventory management, vendor coordination, office administration, and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Assist in scaling operational systems and SOPs as the business grows across products and geographies.
+ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High attention to detail with a strong process-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and operational MIS tracking.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with strong operational aptitude are welcome to apply.
