Role Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, optimizing workflow processes, managing budgets, supervising project timelines, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves monitoring and improving operational performance, implementing best practices, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and analytical skills, including experience in workflow optimization and project management.
- Understanding of financial services, particularly in Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
- Competence in team management, leadership, and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Proficient in data management, reporting tools, and other software relevant to operational management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience in financial services or a similar business domain is an advantage.
