Role Description The Operations Manager will support daily fleet operations, including monitoring vehicle availability, coordinating assignments, and tracking utilization across locations. This role involves assisting with scheduling and dispatching vehicles, maintaining accurate fleet records, and ensuring timely communication with chauffeurs and internal teams. Help analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance fleet performance, cost control, and service reliability. Responsibilities also include collaborating with customer support and operations staff to resolve issues, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to smooth execution of corporate transportation and event-related trips.
Qualifications
- Strong Fleet Operations and Fleet Management skills to oversee vehicle deployment, utilization, and performance.
- Operations Management and Supervisory Skills to support team coordination, process adherence, and service quality.
- Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, optimize routes, and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ability to work with high ownership, time management, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with chauffeurs, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or mobility services is an advantage.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort using digital tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting fleet activities.
