As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a sharp, logistics-obsessed Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day execution, team workflows, and vendor relations.

Role Overview:
- 📍 Job Location: RPS Infinitia, Sector 27A, Faridabad (On-site)
- 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 in-hand per month (depending upon your experience and performance in the interview).
Key Result Areas (What You’ll Own):
Your success in this role will be defined by 5 core pillars:
🔹 1. Vendor Management & Cost Efficiency
- Cultivate and manage relationships with global DMCs, hoteliers, and transport suppliers.
- Lead strategic rate negotiations to protect and improve gross margins.
🔹 2. Service Delivery & 0-Error Execution
- Oversee ground handling, booking confirmations, and logistics across diverse itineraries.
- Build robust QA checks to ensure voucher releases and visa processing happen flawlessly.
🔹 3. Customer Satisfaction & Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Champion an elite traveler experience, aiming for a consistent NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 75+.
- Optimize team workflows to keep query resolution times under 2 hours.
🔹 4. Tech Integration & Automation
- Maximize the efficiency of our CRM and booking engines.
- Reduce manual data entry and automate daily workflow tracking for the team.
🔹 5. Crisis Management & SLA Compliance
- Lead the charge on real-time problem solving for unexpected disruptions (flight cancellations, schedule changes, or emergencies).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Travel Operations or Tour Management.
- Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with travel tech, CRMs, and booking engines.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, team coordination, and sharp analytical thinking.
- Commute: Candidates who can easily commute to/are based near Faridabad.
