✅ Handle complete travel operations for:
* MICE Movements
* FIT Bookings
* Group Departures
* Leisure Packages
✅ Coordinate with:
* Hotels
* DMCs
* Airlines
* Transport Vendors
* Local Suppliers
✅ Manage:
* Booking confirmations
* Itinerary execution
* Client servicing
* Vendor negotiations
* Costing coordination
✅ Ensure smooth execution of travel services from booking till trip completion
✅ Handle guest queries, escalations, and last-minute operational changes professionally
✅ Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
✅ Monitor daily operational flow and ensure service quality standards
✅ Coordinate internally with sales & management teams for smooth delivery

✔ Experience in MICE & FIT Operations
✔ Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel operations
✔ Excellent communication and client-handling skills
✔ Good negotiation and vendor management capabilities

✔ Ability to multitask and work under timelines
✔ Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic knowledge of costing, quotations, and itinerary planning preferred
✔ Comfortable handling operational pressure during group departures
