We’re Hiring: Operations Manager | Toreta

Role: Operations Manager
Location:Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Gurgaon
Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily operations across kitchen, delivery & service
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency & reduce costs
• Manage inventory, vendors & supply chain
• Ensure top-notch hygiene & quality standards
• Coordinate with marketing & sales for smooth execution of campaigns
• Lead and manage on-ground team
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in operations (F&B preferred)
• Strong problem-solving & leadership skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality & customer satisfaction
