Role Description
This part-time remote role of Operations Manager focuses on overseeing and improving operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities include managing supply chain logistics, monitoring day-to-day operational activities, ensuring quality assurance, creating and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate will also track and report key operational metrics to optimize resources and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills, including performance tracking and resource optimization
- Proficiency in supply chain logistics and quality assurance processes
- Experience in process improvement and implementing efficient workflows
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of the nutraceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency with operational management tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a remote setup
