Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, manage and lead staff, and uphold high standards of service. Other responsibilities include developing operational processes, handling budgets, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing member inquiries and concerns. The role also involves collaborating with management to plan and execute events and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including workflow optimization, process improvement, and resource allocation
- Team management and leadership experience, with a focus on training, mentoring, and motivating staff
- Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and cost control
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to uphold compliance with health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on member and staff engagement
- Experience in hospitality, event management, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational management
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and meet operational challenges effectively
